My approach to moving the body is fun and functional! I weave together the precise methods of yoga, Pilates, and therapeutic exercises into every class with refinement and playfulness. It is my aspiration to invite all bodies to experience safe and effective movement, to enjoy your life activities.

Sharing mindfulness and meditation in an open learning environment is my passion. I wish to ignite your curiosity and compassion, give space for habitual reactions and guide you towards a natural understanding. The essence of mindful awareness is to gently invite the heart to pause and notice: what is happening and how are you relating to it. Learning to respond to the present moment with friendliness and acceptance, encourages the possibility that every circumstance is an opportunity to reveal and grow.
